All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue.
Late payments may incur a fee.
Hosting fees are billed monthly/annually in advance.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information required for project completion.
Obtain necessary licences or rights for any content provided to us.
Comply with all applicable laws.
Final deliverables become your property upon full payment, however for monthly websites (no upfront costs) these remain our property to avoid misuse of service, if you wish to buy the website to move suppliers, please contact us at hello@liquid-digital.co.uk.
We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
Any third-party software or tools remain under their respective licences.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
Backups are performed weekly, but clients are encouraged to keep their own backups.
Misuse, spamming, or illegal activity will result in account suspension.
We are not liable for:
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Issues caused by third-party providers or beyond our control.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless a contract is in place.
Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
